Sprint IP Relay Mobile App: Registration Process With the Sprint IP Relay Mobile App installed, tap the Sprint IP Relay Mobile App icon to open. The pop-up screen appears and says: SprintIPRelay would like to send you notifications. Notifications may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges. These can be configured in Settings. Tap ALLOW. The next screen is Sprint IP Relay Mobile App Mobile Terms and Conditions. Read and tap ACCEPT. At the sign-up screen, tap Register for Sprint IP Relay Mobile App at the bottom. Next is the Address screen. Tap to type as followed: - Legal first name - Legal last name - Home Address - Apartment/suite if any - City, state, zip code - Email address - Date of birth - Phone number. Read and tap to check on; I have read and understand the advisory regarding 10-digit phone numbers. Read and tap again to check on; I certify I am eligible for a 10-digit relay number because I am deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, or have a speech disability. Tap NEXT. A pop-up screen shows your full address. If the address is correct, tap OK. If not, tap EDIT to correct your address. Tap to create your username and password. On the Security Questions area, tap SECURITY QUESTION. Select a security question of your choice from the list. Tap to type the answer and then tap NEXT. The next few screens provide four personal random questions that you will answer correctly for identity verification. The NEXT button will turn yellow when each question is answered. If Identity verification is not complete, tap Contact Support from the app to complete registration. The Profile screen appears with your new username and 10-digit Sprint IP Relay Mobile App phone number. The registration process is complete and your Sprint IP Relay Mobile App account is ready to use. Tap DONE. Tap the menu icon on the upper left of the screen to go to the MENU page. The MENU shows four options: - Settings - Customer Care - 911 Info - Sign Out SETTINGS: Change a password, text size and color, background color, select language (English or Spanish), and clear conservation history. CUSTOMER CARE: Make a call to Sprint IP Customer Care directly. 911 INFO: Provides 911 Information for all Sprint Accessibility products and services. SIGN OUT: Log out Sprint IP Relay Mobile App. NOTE: If you log out the Sprint IP Relay Mobile App, you will not be able to receive incoming calls. The Sprint IP Relay Mobile App is a free service offered to individualsÊwho are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or have a SpeechÊDisability that allows them to place relay calls over the Internet between locations in the United States (including its territories). Available only in USA and US territories. International calls will either be blocked or terminated.
