# Captions for the Federal Government

## **Critical compliance**

**Easy Access(ability). **When your workers join a call or meeting with Federal RCC, they can follow along with real-time captions on an internet-connected device, like a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Captions appear in the browser or meeting platform, so no software download is required.

With Federal RCC, you can add broadcast TV-quality, real-time captions to your agency's conference and video calls. All you need is a device — a phone, computer, or tablet — with a high-speed internet connection. 

Follow the meeting dialogue on the screen as it is spoken. You can even review a meeting's discussion with a written transcript of your call.

## Encryption is standard.

Captioning sessions are encrypted, and event captions are added to a transcript at the conclusion of the event. Agencies have the option to retain or destroy event transcripts for up to 24 hours after the event.

- JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser
- Microsoft Windows 10 or macOS 10 or newer
- High-speed internet connection
