T-Mobile Video Customer Service (VCS) enables deaf and hard of hearing wireless customers to connect with a T-Mobile specialist fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). VCS provides customer support, handles billing questions and other service-related issues.
VCS is available only for customers who purchased Sprint or T-Mobile wireless devices.
To set up an appointment with VCS:
- Email email@example.com, with your name and a short description of the type of support you are seeking. Please include the best time to reach you and your VP number.
- An automatic email will be sent from the Video Customer Service representative to make an appointment for a videophone call.
- You will be given a tracking number for your ticket to follow the progress in resolving your issue.
