Video Customer Service (VCS)

T-Mobile Video Customer Service (VCS) enables deaf and hard of hearing wireless customers to connect with a T-Mobile specialist fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). VCS provides customer support, handles billing questions and other service-related issues.

VCS is available only for customers who purchased Sprint or T-Mobile wireless devices.

To set up an appointment with VCS:

  1. Email, with your name and a short description of the type of support you are seeking. Please include the best time to reach you and your VP number.
  2. An automatic email will be sent from the Video Customer Service representative to make an appointment for a videophone call.
  3. You will be given a tracking number for your ticket to follow the progress in resolving your issue.
