T-Mobile ensures your workers have equal access to content in conference calls, in-person meetings, as well as video meetings that have become so common across the federal government.

Easy Access(ability). When your workers join a call or meeting with Federal RCC, they can follow along with real-time captions on an internet-connected device, like a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Captions appear in the browser or meeting platform, so no software download is required.

Experience and Scale. For 29 years, T-Mobile provided Federal Relay Services via the GSA IDIQ contract to over 60 agencies. Today, we continue to offer Federal RCC through standalone agreements to interested agencies.

Accessible meetings made easy.

With Federal RCC, you can add broadcast TV-quality, real-time captions to your agency's conference and video calls. All you need is a device — a phone, computer, or tablet — with a high-speed internet connection. 

Follow the meeting dialogue on the screen as it is spoken. You can even review a meeting's discussion with a written transcript of your call.

Encryption is standard.

Captioning sessions are encrypted, and event captions are added to a transcript at the conclusion of the event. Agencies have the option to retain or destroy event transcripts for up to 24 hours after the event.

Minimal system requirements make adding captions to your calls and meetings easy. All you need is:
  • Internet browser—Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari preferred.
  • JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser
  • Microsoft Windows 10 or macOS 10 or newer
  • High-speed internet connection
  • No need to download software
