T-Mobile customers can connect to Video Customer Service and get your billing and service questions answered with one of our T-Mobile specialists who are fluent in ASL. With T-Mobile Speech-to-Speech (STS), your calls include a specially trained operator who can understand a variety of speech differences, repeating words and phrases clearly so your side of the call is smooth and stress-free.

T-Mobile offers a variety of devices that include services to meet the needs of its customers who are blind or low-vision. We also offer online, large-print and braille billing statements for customers who request them.
